Old Fort Bay

Old Fort Bay is a private community set on the Western shore of New Providence and surrounds the 1700 century "Old Fort" which has been lovingly restored. Old meets new here where 1920's mansions and 1950's glamorous beach houses neighbor modern additions to the community.

The master plan for this subdivision devised waterways surrounding island inlets that offer every home site a waterfront feature, so as you can imagine it is a haven for boaters. The natural mangroves of the area have been preserved to give this waterway community a real 'green' feel that is eco friendly and in tune with the environment.

The strong architectural guidelines ensure a stylish harmony to the community where Mediterranean revival combines with Caribbean flavor. The Old Fort Bay club house does not disappoint with a grand driveway and entrance flanked by aged poinciana trees and the stoic silk cotton introducing an intimate setting for fine dining and socializing with exclusive guests.

Old Fort is close to the fabulous Old Fort Bay Town Centre where you will find the local fresh produce food market; fitness gym; doctors office; Telecom provider; restaurants and home living stores.
